SHIPPING TERMS

  • We will do our absolute best to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receiving an order either by UPS or USPS, from Madison Wisconsin, USA. Generally speaking, it takes around 3 to 5 business days for delivery within the lower 48 states, longer for shipments outside of the lower 48 states. Plan your expectations accordingly.  You will be notified by email (if supplied) as to when your order is estimated to be shipped, or when it had been shipped.
  • For items in stock Please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for delivery before making inquiries.
  • For items temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email and given the option to be placed on a waiting list. Please allow up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
  • Purchased items such as CDRS, Post Cards, and Greeting Cards are not returnable for refunds. Exchanges will be made on defective merchandise if returned within fourteen (14) days after receiving shipment.
  • When ordering and paying by traditional "snail mail" we ship when payment is received in full and has cleared our bank. If an email address is supplied on the order form we will make an attempt to notify you as to when the item was shipped.
  • Occasionally the little elves that run OrionWorks are "out of the office" on extended business trips, or perhaps they just need a need vacation!  We will make every attempt to notify customers on the web site as to our scheduled trips. Orders received during our temporary absence will be delayed accordingly. Please plan your orders and expected arrival of merchandise accordingly.


    PLEASE! NO NEW ORDERS OR SPECIAL ORDERS BY PHONE UNLESS PREVIOUSLY CLEARED! We simply are not set up to handle phone orders. Our apologies!

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Safe and secure on-line payment through PayPal is the preferred method. PaPal is the quickest and most efficient way to process your order. However, we also accept snail mail orders in U.S. Dollars by Visa and MasterCard, personal check or corporate check drawn on a US Bank, cash, money transfer, bank transfer, money order, postal order, international money order, international postal order, and travelers check. No other forms of payment, electronic or otherwise, are acceptable.
  • Shipments paid for with PayPal or Credit Card must ship to the verified billing address. Payments made to us directly can be shipped to any address you designate. We ship your package on the first business day following the day on which PayPal or the Credit Card company pays us.
  • Purchases paid for by check ship once the check clears. Please allow at least ten business days from the date of deposit for your check to clear our bank.
  • Our Bank's handling fees vary for foreign payments. There are no fees for processing payments in U.S. Dollars by check, however, purchases paid for by check ship once the check clears. Please allow at least ten business days from the date of deposit for your check to clear our bank.
  • You are responsible for shipping, insurance, and any Bank foreign fund transaction fees associated with whatever payment method you choose.
  • If you find you cannot pay within five days of your order, because you are away, because of a change in your finances, or for some other reason, please contact us immediately and explain the situation. We have layaway terms for emergencies. We don't hold items for buyers who don't r.s.v.p. and/ or who don't answer our emails.
